The Automotive Diagnostic Technician's primary responsibility and accountability comprises customer interaction via telephone and online chat, remote vehicle testing and diagnosis, results reporting, and invoice generation. The Automotive Diagnostic Technician works in alignment with all team members and is committed to being a dedicated Brand Ambassador of The Boyd Group at all times.
