Program Manager, Training Solutions

A company is looking for a Program Manager, Training & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities :

Act as the dedicated advocate for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout the training journey

Scope and negotiate project planning, providing summaries of project budgets and key financial metrics

Organize and support the development and delivery of training events for companies and government clients

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in project management, business operations, instructional design, or equivalent expertise

3-5 years of experience in client-facing program management or project management roles

Experience in a learning or professional development environment is preferred

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems, preferably Thought Industries

US Citizenship and clear criminal history required for federal clearance
