Compensation : up to $190,000 + Bonus

The Finance Integration Lead will lead the financial integration of acquisitions with a strong focus on harmonizing systems, processes, and controls across the enterprise. This role requires both strategic oversight and hands-on execution to ensure seamless consolidation of financial operations, ERP systems, and reporting frameworks. The ideal candidate will blend leadership skills with deep technical knowledge of finance systems, driving efficiencies and scalability during periods of rapid organizational change. This role reports to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance integration during acquisitions, including due diligence, post-close execution, and alignment of policies and reporting.
• Lead ERP / finance system integration, standardize core finance processes (GL, AP / AR, Payroll, Treasury), and ensure data accuracy during migrations.
• Embed internal controls and ensure compliance across integrated entities.
• Act as both strategist and hands-on operator, guiding cross-functional teams and directly engaging in systems / process design.
• Manage integration plans, budgets, and timelines; monitor KPIs; communicate risks and progress to executive leadership.
• Drive adoption of new systems and processes through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Up to 25% travel, including overnight stays, to support integration and partner firm needs.
