We're seeking a Service Lube Technician who has excellent Customer Service skills, takes pride in their work, and enjoys working on a team. Our dealership makes customer service a top priority so candidates must have a strong attention to detail and maintain a professional appearance.
Responsibilities :
- Familiarizing yourself with the service department and procedures
- Perform basic maintenance on vehicles (oil changes, tire rotations, wiper blade and filter replacement)
- Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
Requirements :
High School diploma or GEDAbility to learn new technology and have basic computer skillsRepair and service procedures and specificationsGood mechanical aptitudeMust possess basic hand tools to perform duties listedMust pass a strength and physical ability testAbility to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of timeUnderstanding of safety policies and practicesMust be at least 18 years old to applyHave a valid Iowa Driver’s License and clean driving recordWill submit to a drug and background screening prior to employmentBenefits :
