We're looking for bilingual individuals (English + Spanish or another language) with strong communication skills and experience in sales, customer service, or team environments. What You'll Do & Learn :

In your first 3–8 months, you'll get immersive training while actively contributing to :

• Coordinating daily project activities and supporting client deliverables
• Engaging bilingual communication with customers, prospects, and teams
• Implementing client acquisition and outreach strategies
• Assisting with new team onboarding and team performance check-ins
• Monitoring budgets, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress
• Helping drive expansion strategies into new markets

Every day begins with group training and goal-setting, followed by real-world project coordination and ends with evaluations to refine your skills.
