Expedia Technology teams partner with our Product teams to create innovative products, services, and tools to deliver high-quality experiences for travelers, partners, and our employees. Our charter as the Supply team within the Technology organization is to source the best possible inventory and content from our partners. We focus on generating the best prices and customer experience, ensuring our supply is transacted fairly across our marketplace, and enabling our partners to manage and optimize their business with Expedia Group.

We are seeking a motivated individual to lead day-to-day business operations (BizOps), identifying and tackling problems across the division and driving operational alignment to help the organization realize its objectives.

In this role, you will :

  • Lead operational excellence by creating, implementing, and improving business processes and their accompanying documentation.
  • Partner with diverse teams across the organization to ensure the success of key business priorities.
  • Manage financial operations, including headcount tracking, discretionary spend allocation, and time tracking compliance.
  • Operationalize new business processes and provide training to teams with a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and excellence.
  • Provide program management support for key initiatives and special projects as required by the business.
  • Support the preparation of reports, events, and business meetings that provide leadership with insights into progress toward business goals.
  • Collaborate with key partners (e.g., People Team, Talent Acquisition, and Finance) to develop and support the rollout of processes that ensure success.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and integrity within our business systems.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager in Business Operations
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or equivalent related professional experience.
  • Proficient business insight and organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
  • Proven experience managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize workload in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience working both collaboratively as part of a team and autonomously, prioritizing your work and resources.
  • Experience with program or project management, leading change from inception through delivery.
  • Familiarity supporting executive leaders and their teams in both domestic and international offices.
  • Experience with Jira or similar project management tools.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working with engineering and product teams.
  • Experience working in BizOps & headcount management.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Tableau.
  • The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $110,500.00 to $155,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $177,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individuals knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
