Position Summary :

The Supply Chain Planning Manager oversees daily planning and replenishment for key business segments. This role combines hands-on supply chain management with leadership duties, supervising planners and maintaining optimal inventory levels across multiple business lines, including Retail, Frozen, and Dry Supply Chains. The Supply Chain Planning Manager serves as a vital link between sales, logistics, suppliers, and customer service to ensure product availability, data accuracy, and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

Hands-On Planning

• Own day-to-day supply chain planning for 1–2 business segments (e.g., Retail Supply Chain, Dry Supply Chain)
• Maintain accurate ERP data and ensure purchase orders, production schedules, and inventory levels align with service goals
• Analyze actual vs. forecasted demand weekly, identify outliers, and collaborate with sales to clarify recurring vs. one-time demand
• Monitor inventory performance, identify excess / obsolete stock, and recommend corrective actions
• Ensure timely and complete replenishment to meet customer needs while maintaining working capital targets
