Location : Chantilly, VA

Schedule : Mon Fri, 7a 330p Hybrid schedule (3in / 2home)

Quality Control Clerk Responsibilities :

• Monitor and respond to email for incoming bid requests.
• Maintain Bid filing system.
• Review and set up incoming request to see if job is already in been requested.
• Review job for any NDA requirements.
• Download and label necessary files.
• Performs other similar or related clerical duties as necessary.
• Pulls and organizes product data documents.
• Marks up and organizes electronic files for specifiers' final approval.
• Cross-references job documents with electronic files.
• Identifies and questions any discrepancies between provided files and job requirements.
• Manages the approval process with specifiers.
• Handles Adobe comments from specifiers and sends them to the customer.
• Determines if items are approved for shipment or if further information is needed.
• Documents any outstanding information required from the customer.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or designate.
