Locums | CRNA | Inpatient | Novi, MI Why This Role

  • Night shift coverage with flexible scheduling (8, 12, or 24-hour options)
  • Supervised CRNA model with 4 : 1 ratio
  • Broad case mix including neuro, endoscopy, and radiology

Requirements

  • MI license
  • Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA)
  • ACLS, BLS (AHA), PALS
  • Clean history

    • Assignment Details

  • Start Date : ASAP
  • End Date : Ongoing
  • Type of Coverage : Inpatient
  • Schedule : Nights only; 7p-7a (12 hrs), 11p-7a (8 hrs), or 24-hr shifts (7a-7a)
  • Call Type : None
  • EMR : Cerner

    • Clinical Details

  • Case Types : Primarily neuro, endoscopy, radiology; limited pediatrics; no hearts
  • Case Volume : 15-20 per site; ~36-46 total cases / day across two sites
  • Model : Supervised CRNA model (4 : 1)
  • CRNAs : Responsible for own arterial line placements
  • Physicians : Perform most blocks and regional anesthesia

    • Skills Needed

  • General anesthesia for neuro, endoscopy, and radiology
  • Limited pediatric anesthesia
  • Arterial line placement
  • Ability to work in supervised CRNA model
