Workforce Relations Lead Consultant

The Workforce Relations Lead Consultant provides expert guidance on complex workforce relations matters, ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies to drive a positive, high-performing workplace culture. This role independently investigates complex allegations of discrimination and harassment while also advising and influencing leaders, agents, and employees to resolve complex workplace conflicts. This role serves as a trusted advisor within the organization, addressing critical workforce relations issues and initiatives. Additionally, this role partners with Organizational Talent Advisors (OTAs) and HR's Centers of Excellence (COEs) as subject matter experts, representing the workforce relations function, for HR programs and products. This role may also serve as a primary point of contact for Workforce Transition processes from the initial coaching and counseling of potential business case submissions to executing written employee notifications. This role is responsible for training, leading critical programs, and designing and implementing special projects.

Compensation offered for this role is $76,200.00 - 134,550.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
