Florida Licensed Commercial Claims Manager

A company is looking for a Commercial Claims Manager who will oversee the management of first party commercial property claims.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of the commercial claims unit, including property and complex loss claims

Supervise, train, and mentor a team of commercial claims adjusters

Develop and implement process improvements to enhance claim quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field required

Minimum of seven (7) to ten (10) years of relevant work experience required

Three (3) years in a leadership or supervisory capacity preferred

Valid Driver's License and Florida Adjuster's License required

Property and casualty insurance industry designations preferred
