• Monday - Friday schedule with flexibility for 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off rotation
• 12 - 15 patient encounters per shift
• Split schedule : 2 days surgery center + 3 days clinic weekly
• Outpatient pain management practice with surgery center
• Fluoroscopy-guided procedures required
• Performs epidurals, facet injections, and ablations
• Option for job sharing with another provider
