Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled General Liability / Professional Liability Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation defense to join our growing team. This position involves handling a diverse caseload of general liability and professional liability matters, offering the opportunity to engage in challenging and rewarding work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and guidance to clients on liability matters.
• Collaborate with clients, experts, and other team members to develop case strategies.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with clients, keeping them informed throughout the litigation process.
