• Position Overview The Behavior Analyst in Training (Intern) position is designed for individuals working toward their BCBA / BCaBA certification.
• You will receive hands-on experience, mentorship, and supervised fieldwork hours while supporting clients and collaborating closely with our clinical team.
• Key Responsibilities Assist in conducting assessments under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Support in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans Provide direct behavior intervention services to clients Collect accurate behavior data and maintain detailed documentation Collaborate with RBTs, families, and supervisors to support client progress Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing professional development Uphold ethical standards and company policies Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently completed a BACB-approved coursework sequence Actively pursuing BCBA / BCaBA certification Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication skills, professionalism, and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Clear background check Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer Supervision hours toward BCBA / BCaBA certification Ongoing training and professional development Supportive and collaborative team culture Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth within the company Powered by JazzHR
