Associate Platform Engineer

A company is looking for an Associate Platform Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

Support administration and configuration of the ITSM platform to enable enterprise processes

Provide Tier 2 / 3 platform support for ITSM and ITAM systems

Identify opportunities to enhance IT service delivery processes and workflows

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of combined professional experience and education in IT, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Cyber Security, or related field

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Cyber Security, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Hands-on experience configuring and administering ITSM platforms like Jira Service Management or similar

Experience supporting IT asset tracking and lifecycle management

Ability to automate workflows and service delivery processes using scripting languages like PowerShell or Python
