Unifi Aviation, LLC is seeking an Airport Customer Service Agent. This position is located in Jackson, Wyoming and offers a base pay rate of $25.00. The role is full-time and non-exempt, available for both A.M. and P.M. shifts.

Responsibilities

The Airport Customer Service Agent will be the first line of defense for our customers, providing first-class customer service to everyone. This is a customer-facing role that requires being friendly, outgoing, and passionate about making people happy daily. Key responsibilities include :

• Assisting passengers with their baggage pick-up.
• Assisting passengers to resolve issues with their delayed, lost, or damaged items.
• Utilizing computer software to track and catalog luggage.
• Handling customer interaction with class in an efficient, effective, and professional manner.
• Performing other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
• Regularly lifting / carrying / pushing / pulling and moving items of 70 pounds and / or more, and lifting weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
