Orthopedic Surgeon

Position: Orthopedic Surgeon
Location: Central Florida, near The Villages and within reach of Leesburg, Apopka, Winter Haven, and Orlando
Employment Type: Full-time
Base Salary: $450,000 plus annually

We are looking for a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon skilled in knee, hip, and shoulder replacements, able to work within a primarily outpatient setting with assigned hospital privileges and call rotation. Familiarity with Epic EMR is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient consultations to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions.
• Perform surgeries, including knee, hip, and shoulder replacements.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EMR.
• Participate in on-call rotations according to hospital requirements.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care.
• Remain current with advancements in orthopedic practices and techniques.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified in Orthopedic Surgery.
• Active Florida state medical license and eligibility for hospital privileges.
• Proficiency in Epic EMR preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
