Role Summary
You will be responsible for systematic problem solving and troubleshooting of molding and assembly equipment using strong mechanical ability, effective communication skills and demonstration of leadership skills.
Main Tasks
Mold Setter
- Change molds in 500 to 1500 Ton injection molding machines
- Ensure proper Electrical, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic hook up for tools
- Change robot end of arm tools
- Perform basic machine and robot functions related to tool changeovers
- Check and document machine settings

Education :
High School diploma or equivalent preferably with vocational education training in skilled trades or other related disciplineExperience :
2-4 years of experience working with injection molding machine set-up and processingRequired Skills :
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.Must complete New Employee Orientation and Quality Systems Overview training in addition to any training identified by department management.
