Job Summary

Precisely build multi-function pump fittings using a powered hand drill and hand tools as outlined in engineering drawings and P&ID diagrams. Ensure the highest quality standards from assembly to packing through material handling while following all safety protocols and company guidelines.

Pay : $20.00 per hour

Job Duties :

  • Follow 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment
  • Set up and adjust machines for each job. Set stops or guides, and install blades, bits, and attachments.
  • Safely operates equipment to cut and shape metal parts according to customer specifications following work orders, blueprints, or P&IDs.
  • Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
  • Remove debris from collection systems.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Uphold established production rates.
  • Document production data and maintain accurate records.
  • Performs additional tasks and responsibilities, as needed, to support team and business objectives.

Qualifications :

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Technical training certification or 1 year of similar experience.
  • Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly, and mechanical drawings.
  • Must have strong mechanical skills and experience with basic hand tools and light power tools.
  • Must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Able to do basic computer tasks.
