Job Summary
Precisely build multi-function pump fittings using a powered hand drill and hand tools as outlined in engineering drawings and P&ID diagrams. Ensure the highest quality standards from assembly to packing through material handling while following all safety protocols and company guidelines.
Pay : $20.00 per hour
Job Duties :
- Follow 5S methodology (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain an organized, efficient, and safe work environment
- Set up and adjust machines for each job. Set stops or guides, and install blades, bits, and attachments.
- Safely operates equipment to cut and shape metal parts according to customer specifications following work orders, blueprints, or P&IDs.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
- Remove debris from collection systems.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Uphold established production rates.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records.
- Performs additional tasks and responsibilities, as needed, to support team and business objectives.
Qualifications :
Must be eligible to work in the United States.Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.Technical training certification or 1 year of similar experience.Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, assembly, and mechanical drawings.Must have strong mechanical skills and experience with basic hand tools and light power tools.Must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds, and may occasionally lift over 50 lbs, where employee assistance is required.Must be able to stand for long periods.High school diploma or equivalent.Able to do basic computer tasks.Benefits :
