- Growth opportunities within the organization\n\nJob Summary\n\nThe Registered Nurse (RN) will utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, to deliver individualized care to residents. You will collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance care delivery. Responsibilities include : \n
- Providing comprehensive nursing care throughout all phases of health maintenance and treatment.\n
- Conducting resident assessments and facilitating resident education.\n
- Coordinating care and serving as charge nurse as needed.\n
- Delegating tasks to certified personnel while ensuring quality oversight.\n\nThe role is defined by adherence to the Nurse Practice Act and professional standards as set by the American Nurses Association.\n\nQualifications\n
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred.\n
- Hold an unencumbered RN license in the state of practice; multistate licensure is an advantage.\n
