Job descriptionLanguage acquisition Functional communication training Social skills training Daily living skills Decreasing maladaptive behaviors Community safety skills Toilet training Executive function training Must have current RBT certification Must have experience working as a BT or RBT in Applied Behavior Analysis Minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma (or equivalent) Must be at least 18 years of age Effective communication skills both verbal and written Strong work ethic Ability to obtain required certifications and training (e.g., First Aid) Reliable transportation with a current and clear driver's license Ability to pass a criminal background check including FBI and child abuse clearances Competitive hourly rates on an experience-based tiered structure Tier 3 (RBT / up to 1 year of experience) = $21 / hr+ Tier 4 (RBT / 2+ years of experience) = $24 / hr+ Reviews every 6 months with potential for a $1 / hour increase at each review (up to $2 / hour per year) Travel is limited to 30 minutes plus paid travel time Flexible scheduling options, including full-time and part-time Work-life balance with accrued paid time off (PTO) Tenure-related benefits (e.g., pampering voucher, wellness day, gym membership, vacation voucher)

ABA RBT Registered Behavior Technician - Part Time (Greensboro)
Connect n Care is a growing behavioral health organization dedicated to providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) services. Our primary mission is to enable individuals on the Autism Spectrum to lead healthy and independent lives. We hire qualified BCBAs and RBTs to develop comprehensive ABA treatment plans that improve social, communication, adaptive living, and behavioral skills. Position Details
As a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children with autism spectrum disorder, providing ABA therapy in the patient's home, school, or community settings.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct 1 : 1 ABA therapy in home and community environments
- Follow an individualized treatment plan tailormade by a BCBA to address and improve deficits
- Implement behavior plans created by the BCBA
- Collect data through observation and submit detailed session notes
- Participate in training and team meetings
- Collaborate with supervisors and peers
