• FM, IM, or geriatric physicians needed for a growing and established organization
• Oversee the program in the Modesto / Stockton market
• Monday through Friday daytime schedule with flexible hours
• Geriatric and post-acute patients under Medicare and Medicaid programs

• IM-, FM-, or geriatric-trained physicians with 3+ years of experience are preferred
