Job descriptionWith PM assistance, prepare Contract Strategy Documents Review and assist with preparation of Single Source Justifications Review and assist with preparation of Scope of Work documents Coordinate project-specific insurance requirements Establish Negotiation Plans and conduct or participate in negotiations Manage the RFP process, including commercial evaluations and pre-bid meetings Process change orders, RFIs and submittals Assist with, and when appropriate, implement new contract process controls Communicate with the home office on a regular basis regarding Procurement matters Produce and compile accurate reports for the project team, stakeholders and clients Develop an advanced understanding of construction and related contract agreements Conduct price analysis, modeling, purchase-price cost analysis and identify competitive benchmarks
Surrounding team & key projects : - Help support Construction procurement / contract related activities within Data Centre.
Typical task breakdown and rhythm - 60% focused on procurement activities related to RFQ & RFP process and the procurement management responsibilities 20% meetings with internal stakeholders & 20% reporting & analysis.

- Change Order Management 10+ years
- Project Management 10+ years
- OFCI or Long Lead Equipment - 4+ years
Years of experience required : 10+ years of experience in Construction Contracts or Procurement, change orders, RFP, and project management.
Degrees or certifications required : Preferred - BS Engineering / Science / Management.
Disqualifiers : someone who hasnt worked with contracts.
Best vs. average : Construction / Supply Chain / Procurement experience.
