About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as an Associate, Program Operations. You will play a critical role with primary responsibility for supporting the Transportation Analysts in delivering vehicles to the Delivery Service Providers.

What You'll Do

Working out of a Smartsheet queue :

• Ordering temporary vehicle tags
• Following up on repairs
• Extensive follow-up with repair shops to

manage ETAs

to enable meeting or exceeding SLAs

Location : Hopkins, MN

The hiring base salary range for this position is $46,800 - $64,400 annually. Actual compensation within this range will be dependent upon the individual's knowledge, skills, experience, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. Please note that the disclosed salary range is solely for candidates hired to perform work within this geographic location. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.
