We’re searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You’ll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. Compensation : $7 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Prospect for new leads daily through cold calls, texts, emails, and database follow-up.
• Qualify inbound leads and nurture prospects until they are ready to buy or sell.
• Schedule appointments for outside sales agents and track conversion rates.
• Master scripts and objection handlers to maximize contact-to-appointment ratios.
• Log all communication and activity in Follow Up Boss CRM.
• Consistently hit and exceed daily / weekly / monthly KPI benchmarks (calls, contacts, appointments set).
