Bishop & Company is seeking an immediate hire for a Temporary (1-year contract) Resource Planning Administrative Assistant in Honolulu. This position is responsible for administrative duties and resource planning.
Temporary Resource Planning Administrative Duties
Type : Temporary, Full-Time (Mon-Fri, various hours -expected to be one year in duration with the possibility of becoming permanent)
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Resource Planning team in Honolulu. This temporary role is essential in coordinating administrative functions and contributing to resource planning activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Performs administrative duties, including but not limited to the following :

Must be proficient with the following software applications :
Must have experience processing invoices, developing financial models, updating financial forecasts, identifying financial variances and their underlying causes, and communicating their findings.
Compensation is unique to each candidate and relative to the skills and experience they bring to the position. The salary range for this position is typically $22-$28 / Hr. This does not guarantee a specific salary as compensation is based upon multiple factors such as education, experience, certifications, and other requirements, and may fall outside of the above-stated range.
