About the role

The Accounts Payable Associate provides high level client service, conducting treasury and bill pay needs for clients with significant assets under management and complex financial needs.

What you'll do

Deliver excellence in the client experience by providing :

• Bill-pay functions for individuals, trusts, and business entities, including but not limited to executing payments via check, ACH, and wire transfer in accordance with payment schedules.
• Support for clients' cash management, banking, and treasury needs.
• Internal administrative support, such as monitoring internal team email and hard copy mail, document scanning, internal file management, calendar management, and CRM system maintenance.
• Responding to internal and external inquiries from vendors and the Family Office team with professionalism and discretion.
• Vendor management by maintaining up-to-date and accurate vendor information, including W9's and banking details.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned.
