What Youll Do

• Measure and cut framing as needed.
• MIG / TIG weld frames and trailer components.
• Read blueprints and follow detailed welding specs.
• Use shop tools and machinery safely and efficiently (saws, grinders, etc.)
• Inspect and ensure welds meet our high-quality standards.
• Crosstrain between different jobs.
• Work in a clean, organized, and team-focused shop.

Requirements : Requirements

High school diploma / GED.

Previous welding experience.

Able to accurately read a tape measure.

Ability to read and understand blueprints.

Able to stand, reach, bend, kneel and twist repeatedly.
