CLOSING ATTORNEY NEEDED Location : Cumming, GA 100% in office. Job Requirements Review closing documents for accuracy and legal sufficiency Review title abstracts, trusts and probate documents Represent lenders, buyers and sellers in real estate closings Customer service focused MUST be barred in GA or waiting on bar results Softpro experience a plus but not required Fast paced, multi files per day General knowledge of how to prepare a settlement statement and balancing a file with lender instructions and funding This client will train recent graduates to gain experience.
