Oregon Licensed Nurse Practitioner

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for a remote position in Oregon.

Key Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive health assessments for complex patients

Manage complex patients to reduce hospitalizations and improve health outcomes

Work autonomously and collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide quality care

Required Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner

Current unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Oregon

Current CPR or BLS certification

Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook

Willingness to obtain up to 6 additional state licenses for remote patient management
