Senior Estimator

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Estimator to lead and oversee the estimating department for a well-established masonry restoration contractor. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership skills and deep experience in historical masonry preservation. The ideal candidate will manage bids, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure accurate, competitive estimates that support successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage the estimating department, overseeing all aspects of bid preparation and submission.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and historical data to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers during preconstruction phases.
• Develop budgets and value engineering proposals for restoration and general construction projects.
• Maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations to support project acquisition.
• Track market trends and pricing to ensure estimates remain competitive and current.
