Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics / Insights
The purpose of this role is to execute the approach and strategies outlined by senior leadership, lead and manage day to day work, and manage the day-to-day communication with clients. The Senior Manager, Advanced Analytics / Insights will play a key role in shaping data-driven solutions for our clients. In this role, you'll lead the development of automated reporting, performance analysis, and actionable insights that directly influence media strategy and outcomes. You'll also mentor and manage junior team members, guiding their growth while ensuring high-quality deliverables. As the trusted analytics partner for client teams, you'll help optimize media investments and drive measurable impact.

Leadership & Measurement Strategy
Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
Develop measurement strategies, learning agendas, and roadmaps that drive business impact.
Translate complex data into clear insights through storytelling, visuals, and presentations.
Mentor and coach junior team members on technical skills (SQL, Tableau) and professional growth.
Oversee day-to-day performance and career development of junior team members.
Share best practices and contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and training.
Data Analysis & Presentation
Understand business processes and leverage insights to inform planning, execution, and reporting.
Interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for clients.
Ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables that are clear, timely, and impactful.
Partner with clients, internal stakeholders, and leadership to communicate findings effectively.
Oversee data management with junior team members, resolving discrepancies and maintaining data integrity.
Develop expertise in specialized areas such as mobile, ecommerce, performance marketing, web analytics, or social.
Experience & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science or related quantitative field.
3 - 6 years in a quantitative business environment.
Experience in marketing or media analytics.
Experience in data visualization (Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Datorama) is a plus.
Experience in SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Proficient in PowerPoint with advanced Excel skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across teams.
Experience in site analytics is a plus.
Experience in Measurement (BLS / SLS / MarTech / Search Lift / Closed-Loop / Incrementality / Foot Traffic) is a plus.
Excellent Presentation Skills.
Advanced Analytics (RBA / Modeled Attribution / MMM / clean rooms / designed tests).
Experience in retail media or knowledge of the retail media landscape preferred.
Management & Leadership
Manages 1 to 3 direct reports.
Mentor other junior team members.
The annual salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152,375. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
