Comeback Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate and committed physical therapist to join our growing company in the Greater Boston area. Our company has 20+ years of experience of providing exceptional patient care and customer service in our communities. With 9 locations we are continuing to grow and expand our company throughout the Greater Boston region. Salary :

  • $53 - $63 per hour based upon experience

    • Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum
  • Current and unencumbered Physical Therapist License issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and AED certification (preferred)
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • 1+ year outpatient PT experience (preferred)
  • New grads welcome; experienced therapists encouraged to apply.

    • Job Duties + Responsibilities :

  • Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames
  • Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries based on identified and obtained goals
  • Performs therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises and instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities.
  • Instructs and counsels patients by describing therapeutic regimens, giving normal growth and development information, and promoting wellness and health maintenance.
  • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations, and adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
  • Possess a strong framework for musculoskeletal clinical examination, manual therapy skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be interested in actively participating in our community outreach
  • Possess a desire to be part of a team and be willing and able to work with a team of people
  • Be passionate about learning and receptive to teaching

  • 40 hours (Monday - Friday)
