🧱 About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground-up charter school and commercial projects from start to finish. You’ll be the on-site leader ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency while collaborating closely with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead daily on-site operations for ground-up design-build projects
  • Manage subcontractors, scheduling, inspections, and logistics to keep work on track
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and cleanliness on every jobsite
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to align on budget, schedule, and project goals
  • Conduct daily huddles and weekly progress meetings
  • Maintain accurate documentation, field reports, and as-built information
  • Anticipate and resolve on-site challenges before they impact the project
  • Represent the company professionally with clients, inspectors, and partners

🎯 What You Bring

  • 5–10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or institutional construction
  • Proven success delivering ground-up educational or charter school projects preferred
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Deep understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and sequencing
  • Proficiency with Procore or similar project management software
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
  • Willingness to travel regionally as projects require
