Our client is currently seeking an experienced and driven Senior Broker to join their Private Jet Charter Team in Florida. The successful candidate will be entrepreneurially minded and have a proven track record in building and maintaining strong client relationships, achieving commercial success, and delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand the private jet charter client portfolio across North America
• Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
• Deliver a consistently high standard of service to clients, suppliers, and partners
• Retain and grow relationships with key clients and trusted operators
• Manage a full sales cycle, including quoting, booking, and flight coordination
• Collaborate with global teams to maintain efficiency and service excellence
• Monitor market developments and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities
• Participate in out-of-hours support and a rotating 24 / 7 duty schedule
