About the opportunity

How you will make a difference

The New Center Business Consultant will be a dedicated business coach and strategic partner for our new franchisees. Your mission is to guide them from signing their agreement to running a profitable center. This hands-on role involves extensive coaching in business planning, financial management, and sales development. You will ensure brand compliance, troubleshoot operational challenges, and hold owners accountable for growth. This position requires up to 75% travel to provide critical on-site support.

The pay range for this role is :
