Location : Franklin and Cumberland Counties, PA | Schedule : Full-Time | Sign-On Bonus : $1,500

What You’ll Do :

  • Provide in-home therapy and support to delinquent youth and families
  • Develop and manage treatment plans with clients and agencies
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions and crisis support
  • Mentor caregivers in parenting, budgeting, and life skills
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Travel locally to homes and community settings
  • Promote a safe environment for youth's social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth

    • What You Bring :

  • Bachelor's Degree in a counseling-related field
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Tech-savvy and open to learning new systems
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
  • Empathy, professionalism, and a trauma-informed mindset
