RN Position Job Notes :

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details :

• Work day shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM
• Choose between 36 or 48 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment length
• Weekend hours as required by facility
• No call requirements
• Float requirements : None
• Patient ratios : 4 : 1 routinely (may vary during surge and other circumstances)
• Work in a busy 68-bed Emergency Department
• Use EPIC electronic medical record system
• Required certifications : BLS, ACLS, PALS from AHA only; TNCC; NIHSS (may be obtained prior to start)
• Must have 1 year Emergency Department experience in a Level 1 trauma facility OR 2 years in a Level 2 trauma facility
• Current RN license eligible for Missouri licensure or currently licensed in Missouri
• Dress code : Black scrubs required
• Block schedules and holiday RTO cannot be accommodated
• RTO must be made up on the back end and will not be approved in first week
• Only 1 holiday RTO request per assignment
• Night shift orientation occurs on day shift with full week availability required
• Flu vaccination or approved exemption required November 1 - April 1
• Must be determined, decisive, and flexible personality fit
