Minimum 2 years casual / fine dining serving expeience
Able to work in a high pace environment
Extensive knowledge of spirits, wine and beer
Be able to use the Toast system (i.e Handheld, or main computer for ringing in, closing out tickets)
Prepare for the shift (i.e. ensuring all tables are set, polishing silverware, roll ups, setting up server stations)
Greet guest in a timely manner.
Learn the menu (Both kitchen and bar)
Know the daily food specials and offer to every guest
Efficiently provide service to guests. (anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond guest expectations)
