An expanding non-profit hospital is seeking another Pediatric ENT to join their established team of physicians, APPs, audiologists, and geneticists. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking a mix of bread-and-butter cases and complex diagnoses within a vulnerable patient population.
The Opportunity :
- Create your own flexible weekly schedule of blocked OR, clinic, and administrative time
- Most common cases include : myringotomy with insertion of PE tubes, tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, laryngoscopies, tympanoplasties, lingual frenuloplasties, tongue tie releases, and thyroglossal duct cyst excisions
- Ability to work alongside residents if desired
- Competitive Base Salary with additional Productivity Bonuses and up to a $25,000 Annual Quality Bonus
