As the CRS Assistant Store Manager you will be working side by side with the Store Manager for the daily store and service operations. The CRS Assistant Store Manager is responsible for providing a safe workplace and developing a "Safety First" culture as well as hiring, developing, and addressing employee issues. The CRS Assistant Store Manager must address employee and customer complaints in a timely manner, with the focus being to establish and maintain an efficient and pleasant work atmosphere and loyal customer following.

We are looking for someone with prior experience in the rental equipment industry. You will need to have a strong focus on safety, customer and employee satisfaction. This position also requires someone with prior knowledge of work planning, scheduling and other supervisory activities.
