As a Member Experience Specialist, youre the heart of our clubs daily rhythm welcoming guests, supporting sales efforts, and creating a vibe that members want to return to. Youll connect with each visitor to understand their background, goals, and motivation, then guide them toward the resources and community that help unlock their healthiest life. This role is all about teamwork, energy, and service. Youll play a hands-on role in ensuring every person feels seen, supported, and excited to be here.
Responsibilities
Membership + Training Support Help qualify, inform, and inspire potential members. You'll assist in converting leads into active members through friendly, informed conversations and tailored guidance.Brand Promotion When you believe in the experience, others will too. Youll represent the brand with pride, helping share our mission across the community and supporting local outreach campaigns.Team Building Through Action As a Member Experience Specialist, you lead from the front. You spark energy, encourage teammates, and foster a culture of connection and trust that makes members feel welcome. You dont just follow the vibe you help create it.Day-to-Day Operations From tidying the space to assisting with basic reporting, youll help maintain a clean, organized, and high-functioning environment that allows the entire team to succeed.Culture Creation You bring the warmth and energy that makes people want to stay. Through stellar customer service and genuine connection, you help build a space where members share their experience and invite others to join.Qualifications
Experience in the fitness industry is not required strong communication and interpersonal skills are keySales experience is highly preferredMust be 18 years or olderFriendly, outgoing, and warmGenuine, honest, and customer-focusedAvailable to work flexible hours (mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends)Technologically savvy and quick to learnSelf-motivated and able to work independently and with a teamComfortable managing time and prioritiesBenefits / Perks
