OPPORTUNITY FOR ESTIMATING / PROPOSAL COORDINATOR – SERVICE

Olson Plumbing & Heating Co. is looking for an Estimating / Proposal Coordinator. This individual will be part of a vibrant team tasked with communicating with our service customers and service team and managing all aspects of document control in the estimating division. Olson Plumbing & Heating Co., a family owned business with the reputation of commitment to integrity and customer service, has been a successful business in Colorado Springs since 1917.

The right candidate will have a background in :

• Successful performance in an office setting
• Phone experience with customers
• Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
• Document control
• Ability to manage a multi-faceted workload with multiple deadlines
• Prior success at working as a reliable team member

We offer a comprehensive benefits package including competitive wages, paid vacation, holidays and sick leave, a 401K plan and profit sharing. Hourly pay range $22.00 – $32.00, depending on experience.
