Our clinics are a vital part of the local healthcare system, and you'll play a key role in supporting the health of Flagstaff residents. Competitive Compensation : We offer a highly competitive salary, with potential earnings for PAs and NPs in Flagstaff ranging from $70.00 - $80.00 per hour , depending on experience. Generous Benefits & Incentives : Our comprehensive benefits package includes health insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and CME and license reimbursement. A sign-on bonus is also available for qualified candidates. A Nature Lover's Paradise : Flagstaff is a hub for outdoor enthusiasts. You can hike the iconic Humphreys Peak, Arizona's highest mountain, or explore the ancient cliff dwellings at Walnut Canyon National Monument. In the winter, you'll be minutes from skiing and snowboarding at Arizona Snowbowl. Cultural & Community Hub : Our downtown is a lively area with historic Route 66 charm, craft breweries, unique shops, and a vibrant arts scene. Flagstaff is also a designated International Dark Sky City, meaning you'll enjoy some of the best stargazing in the country, especially at the famous Lowell Observatory, where Pluto was discovered. Cost of Living : While Flagstaff's cost of living is higher than the national average, particularly for housing, the salary offered allows for a comfortable lifestyle. Compared to many major cities, Flagstaff's overall expenses are more manageable, allowing you to invest in your future and enjoy all the area has to offer.
Hourly Base Pay $125 - $135 (based on exp.)
