Description

• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of financial planning concepts, including but not limited to :
• Retirement Income Planning strategies with an understanding of the complex relationship between retirement income sources and income taxation.
• IRA and Qualified Retirement Plan features benefits, distribution options and taxation rules.
• Strategies for generating tax-efficient income to meet spending needs in retirement, accounting for pensions, annuities, investments, and other sources.
• Fundamental principles of Social Security and Medicare planning
• Identify and model potential product solutions to implement strategies which enhance client outcomes and as they work toward successful achievement of their goals.
• Coordinate Case Prep for client meeting with Advisor

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Worth, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $95000.00 / yr.

7% performance based bonus,

We have a three-pronged approach to compensation; base, bonus, and a 15% ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) contribution. Employee owned and our ESOP program falls within 1% of companies. You are eligible to enter into the ESOP program after a year of employment. This 15% contribution is made 100% by the employer- you will never once contribute to this account, making it a significant part of your total compensation.
