What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Independently develop key state performance metrics to support rate filings and profitability analyses
  • Communicate effectively to secure internal and external approvals for proposed changes
  • Create and enhance analytical tools leveraging technical skills
  • Build and maintain partnerships with various internal organizations including product management and data science
  • Participate in nationwide projects and enhancements related to complex product features

    • What is Required (Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector
  • Near ACAS or FCAS credential, or equivalent experience without pursuing exams
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SQL, VBA, R, Python, SAS, or similar coding languages preferred

  • Familiarity with Personal Lines insurance products
  • Driven, intellectually curious, and resourceful
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail with strong time and project management skills
