WFN Client-Side Implementation & Data Specialist

Position Overview :

Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Payroll & HCM practice.

ADP client is the midst of an implementation and requires assistance to reach their immediate live date requirement on WFN / Essential Time.

Responsibilities :

WFN Implementation / Data Support

• Gather required data and forward files to the ADP implementation team
• Review and make recommendations regarding data mapping documents.
• Assist with creation and execution of Client validation strategy.
• Support Client in executing masterfile data validation once data has been loaded into WFN.
• Perform dual maintenance activities; enter updates related to new hires, terminations, rate changes, job changes, deduction changes, etc. manually into WFN.
• During payroll testing and first live payroll, assist Client in validating payroll review files

Required Qualification(s) :

ADP WFN implementation experience

Duration : Initial duration through anticipated go-live date of 11 / 1 / 25with the possibility of extending

Level of Effort : Full-time through WFN live date of 11 / 1 or sooner

Working Hours : Support CST and EST time zones
