Roofing Superintendent

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000 (Based on experience) Location : 102 Springfield Center Dr, Woodstock, GA 30188

We're currently seeking an experienced and motivated Roofing Superintendent to lead our projects to success while maintaining our commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Crew Leadership : Oversee sub-contractor crews, ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and morale on each assigned project.
  • Project Oversight : Collaborate with the production team to determine project needs, monitor progress, and ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Customer Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • On-Site Accountability : Work alongside crews, enforce safety protocols, and inspect completed work to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Project Coordination : Conduct property assessments, plan construction schedules, estimate costs, and secure necessary permits.
  • Resource Management : Order equipment and materials, track stock levels, and update project activities in the company CRM system.
  • Site Maintenance : Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
  • Problem-Solving : Resolve on-site issues, address emergencies, and investigate incidents as needed.

Requirements :

  • Experience : 5+ years in the construction trades, including supervisory experience in roofing.
  • Physical Capability : Ability to climb ladders, lift and move heavy materials, and perform inspections.
  • Technical Knowledge : Familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques for roofing repair, installation, and maintenance.
  • Regulatory Knowledge : Understanding of OSHA standards, building codes, and relevant regulations.
  • Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technology Skills : Proficient with Microsoft Office, iPads, and CRM systems.
  • Certifications : Certified Roof Inspector preferred.
  • Travel Flexibility : Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
