We are looking to fill a long-term Contract role as Human Resources Business Analyst

Required Qualifications :

• 3+ years of experience with HRIS systems.
• 5+ years of experience with state HR / payroll processes, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, FLSA), and regulatory compliance frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience in creating user guides, SOPs, process diagrams, and technical documentation.
• 5+ years of experience in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization.
