Base pay range : $49,920.00 / yr - $58,000.00 / yr

We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Full-Time, Medical Billing A / R Analyst at our Allied Digestive Health Corporate Office in West Long Branch, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and resolve unpaid and denied claims
• Recommend denials prevention strategies
• Improve payment turnaround times
• Ensure accurate and timely billing and collections processes
• Communicate with insurance companies to follow up on claims and reimbursement status and resolve issues
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to resolve billing discrepancies
• Document and update patient records regarding billing information and status
• Maintain compliance with healthcare billing regulations and standards
• Generate and analyze financial reports related to accounts receivable
• Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting activities
• Interpret Explanation of Benefits (EOBs)
• Ensure accuracy in billing and collections
• Track outstanding payments and ensure payments are not underpaid based on the contracted rates
